Sisterly Spa Series: Day 4 - Hair Masks

WELCOME TO DAY 4 - HAIR MASKS

If you missed DAY 1 click here
Check out DAY 3 here.

If you're new around here, this week my fun and talented sister Leslie over at Try To Keep Up!  and I are having a bit of a blog spa!  All week long we'll be providing you with spa product recipes as well as reviews of store bought stuff too for when you just don't have the time to make it yourself!  Each day one of us will be doing the DIY version and the other sister will be reviewing something she bought, so make sure to check out both blogs daily!

Today I'm going to be reviewing my favorite hair mask!

This one comes from Lush!

It's H'suan Wen Hua! (say that 3 times fast!!)

It's the king of hair moisturizers!  And the smell is heavenly!

It's like food for your hair:
"Avocados are nutritious and softening, balsamic vinegar gives amazing shine, and watercress infusion is exceptionally high in vitamins and increases the tensile strength of the hair." - Lush

Start with dry hair

(not going to lie... I just came from the gym! Check out the sweet ponytail bump.)

Cover your hair with it

Leave it on for 20 minutes (I left mine on a little longer... I was doing dishes while waiting!)

(I used about half the pot.  I have long, thick hair!)

Shampoo it out and condition like normal!

Voila! Soft, nourished hair!
Ugh! I need a hair cut soooo bad right now.  I can't stand to wear my hair down!  It's been a very long & exhausting week - largely because I didn't get a weekend!

Don't forget to stop back on Saturday for your chance to win a Lush Gift Card!!
